After being given instruction on how the simple act of breathing slowly, can significantly help to calm your mind and body, we gently guide you into a beautiful state of blissful relaxation by playing gentle calm music.

Using our soft voices we guide your mind to relax your entire body from head to toe.

In this deeply relaxed state you will receive positive soothing suggestions to help encourage and strengthen your ability to remain calmer for longer in stressful situations.
